Does it matter how big or small my property is?
I can cater for most property sizes, big or small – anything from a 1-bedroom flat to a 6 bedroomed house are covered in my standard package prices.
What’s included in the hire package?
All furniture for every room in the property is supplied, along with home décor items, including cushions, throws, bedding, vases, crockery, coffee table books, rugs, faux plants / flowers and lamps. A set of professional high-resolution photos are included in the package price, plus all delivery costs.
How will the rooms look once the staging is completed?
The rooms will feel sophisticated and inviting. Each room will have a harmonious colour palette which flows throughout the house.
What if we need the furniture and staging for longer than 6 weeks?
The staging and furniture rental period can easily be extended, at an affordable price, to suit your needs.
Will everything be removed as soon as the house sells?
Yes, we will come back to the property on a pre-agreed date, pack everything up and leave the property as we found it. This service is included in the package fee.
Can we pay in instalments, or do we need to pay the full amount in one go, up front?
I require full payment before we can commence the job. Fill out the contact form and I’ll email you a quote for your property size.
HOW IT WORKS:

I’ll get in touch to discuss what you require, so that I can give you the best staging solution for your needs.
If you decide to go ahead we will discuss the ideal install date for you, (with a minimum lead time of 2 weeks). At this point I can answer any or your questions.
I’ll collect your keys, on the agreed date, install and stage your house within 48 hours, with my trusted removal specialists.
While I’m at the property, during the staging process, I’ll take professional photographs of each room, with a variety of angles, full room shots and close-up details. I will send you an edited selection of high-resolution images within 72 hours, which are included in the package price.
